ACM Compensation Unit

ACM Precision Compensation Module: Its core value lies in actively compensating for unavoidable positional and angular deviations during equipment operation. Along the Z-axis: It provides up to 10mm displacement compensation and ±5° angular compensation. Along the X/Y axes: It delivers ±2.5mm displacement compensation and ±1.5° angular compensation. We offer two models: ACM10 and ACM20, clearly corresponding to 10kg and 20kg load requirements respectively. This allows you to precisely select the most suitable model for your specific application.

 

 

AFC Compensation Unit

AFC Precision Compensation Module. It offers a five to two hundred kg load capacity, eight to twelve mm stroke,and 20°-25° tilt compensation on the Z-axis, coupled with three to ten mm adaptive displacement in the XY plane. This effectively mitigates mechanical vibration and assembly deformation. Available in five models, it meets customizable requirements for stamping, welding, and large component assembly.
